TEAM & BOARD COACHING
Leadership teams and boards often function under sustained pressure, with limited space to address underlying tensions, assumptions, or unspoken dynamics. Team and board coaching creates room for the conversations that are necessary, but often postponed.
I work with executive teams and boards when alignment weakens, decisions stall, or complexity overwhelms collective judgment. Not to “fix” the team, but to help it think, decide, and act more coherently.
The focus is on how the system operates: patterns of interaction, decision-making dynamics, and the balance between challenge and cohesion. By slowing the pace and widening perspective, teams can address what truly shapes their effectiveness.
My role is to provide a calm, neutral presence that supports honest dialogue without escalation. Tension is not avoided, but handled with care and responsibility.
When team or board coaching is useful
-
When important topics remain unspoken
-
When alignment around strategy is unclear
-
When decision-making becomes fragmented
-
When trust or openness is under pressure
-
When transition requires collective clarity
How I work with teams and boards
The work usually begins with a careful exploration of context — the organisational reality, expectations, and constraints. From there, we identify what needs attention at team or board level.
Interventions are deliberate and focused. They may involve facilitated dialogue, reflection on patterns, or working directly with moments of tension as they arise. The aim is not harmony, but clarity and sound collective judgment.
A conversation
If this resonates, we can explore whether a conversation makes sense.
